LI: To identify and understand how descriptive language is used to create a clear picture of a setting in a text.
Following our Manaiakalani ‘Learn’ staff meeting last week with Fiona and Matt we replicated the lesson with LS2 using Adobe Express. The idea behind this task was to focus on the imagery in the text, then use those words to recreate the scene the author set using AI. We had a lot of fun doing this challenge. The general feedback was that it was a lot of fun but finding the right words to generate the images needed was the challenge. To help us get around the last part we used Word Hippo to help us unpack the vocabulary.
